I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and have an academic medical background. My practice is grounded in an integrative approach, drawing from various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment (ACT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care. This flexible approach allows me to tailor sessions to meet clients’ unique needs, goals, and strengths.

I believe building a strong therapeutic alliance is key to fostering change, and I strive to create a warm, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. Empathy is at the heart of my practice, and I believe in fostering meaningful connections to empower clients on their journey toward healing and growth. With empathy at the core of my work, I guide clients in developing coping strategies and gaining insights to help them navigate life’s challenges.

I value each client’s journey and respect their resilience in adversity. My role is to walk alongside them, offering support and encouragement as they work through difficult emotions, relationships, or life transitions.

Outside my practice, I enjoy walking and spending time in nature, which helps me recharge and stay grounded.
