Kristin believes that great mental health should be accessible to everyone, and she works closely with clients to co-create a therapeutic plan that places them at the centre of their wellness journey.
Kristin has advanced training in trauma-focused and psychedelic-assisted therapies. She completed Ketamine-Assisted Internal Family Systems Psychotherapy (KIFS) with Sapience Therapy in 2022, specializing in trauma resolution, PTSD, treatment-resistant depression (TRD), and self-leadership. In 2023, she completed the Foundations of Psychedelic Psychotherapy Practice through The Michener Institute at University Health Network. With more than 30 years of experience supporting individuals through life challenges, Kristin is trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and has a growing interest in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (PAP) and end-of-life care. Kristin’s therapeutic philosophy centres on helping clients uncover the root causes of their distress while honouring their inner wisdom. She brings a non-judgmental and often light-hearted presence to her work, fostering a safe and encouraging environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take meaningful next steps.
