Everyone’s journey is unique and shaped by individual experiences, upbringing, backgrounds, culture, and identity. You may feel stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, guilt, unaligned relationships, or emotional suppression—doing the work but still feeling unheard. Together we can navigate familial and legacy expectations, emotional wounds, and the pressure to conform. With guidance and the support of various healers, I explored in depth what happened to me instead of feeling shame for my emotions and self, and began living authentically. I no longer saw the world as always scary or unwelcoming and learned to help abuse survivors, emotionally neglected people, and marginalized folks become bold and relentless best friends to themselves—to get closure and be the person they needed when they were younger.

This journey fuels my dedication to creating trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and inclusive spaces where you can freely explore your thoughts and emotions. My approach to therapy centers on respecting the richness diversity brings, recognizing how cultural nuances, neurodivergence, and 2SLGBTQQIA+ identities profoundly influence mental health and well-being. During therapy I use DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, IFS-informed Parts Work, mindfulness, and somatic approaches, all tailored to your specific needs, and I am currently expanding my knowledge in Gottman therapy and sex therapy-informed work. My goal is to help you move beyond survival mode, explore your emotions without judgment, and reclaim your story and values in a way that feels right for you.
