Doctor of Medicine

I received my undergraduate degree in Human Physiology from McGill University in Montreal and my medical degree from Dalhousie University in Halifax. I then completed a residency in family medicine, followed by a fellowship in Addiction Medicine at the University of Toronto.

I practise comprehensive family medicine and addiction medicine within the Department of Family Medicine and Urban Family Health Team at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Unity Health Toronto. I also supervise University of Toronto medical students and residents completing their family medicine training at St. Joseph’s Health Centre.

I have developed a strong interest in the clinical application of ketamine- and psychedelic-assisted therapies for mental-health conditions that have not responded to standard treatments. Through my work with ATMA CENA and Port Credit Therapy Centre, I support the thoughtful, evidence-informed and collaborative integration of these emerging approaches into care.
