I am a proud member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, and have dedicated my career to helping individuals overcome mental health challenges and achieve holistic wellness. Throughout my career as a mental health professional since 2008, I’ve demonstrated a deep commitment to staying at the forefront of therapeutic techniques and methodologies. Drawing from my extensive training and experience, I am skillful in pharmacotherapy and a variety of evidence-based modalities in psychotherapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Trauma-focused CBT, and Mindfulness approaches.
Beyond my clinical practice, I advocate for mental health awareness and destigmatization. I regularly participate in community outreach programs, workshops, and public speaking engagements to raise awareness about mental health challenges and promote access to quality care for all.
I have worked with various groups of clients from different cultures, sexual orientations, and nationalities. Additionally, I have experience in the forensic field. I’ve been involved in several research studies and have published several presentations and articles on mental health.
