Paula Francesca Galli, RP

Registered Psychotherapist

Paula is a Registered Psychotherapist who offers a compassionate, integrative approach to therapy, supporting individuals navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, body image concerns, disordered eating, motherhood transitions, and relationship dynamics. Her work is grounded in the belief that we all long for connection—to ourselves, to others, and to a sense of belonging—and that therapy can provide a space to reconnect when life’s challenges, trauma, or transitions disrupt that connection.

Drawing from her background in psychotherapy, life coaching, and holistic nutrition, Paula takes a collaborative, client-centred approach that supports both emotional and mind-body healing.

Paula brings over a decade of experience supporting clients, including her work as a Certified Life Coach specializing in emotional eating, eating disorders, and self-esteem. She is also a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and has worked in a holistic eating disorder treatment setting, helping clients develop a healthier relationship with food and their bodies. Her approach is informed by both professional training and lived experience.

Paula holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Equity Studies from the University of Toronto. She has completed additional training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, and is committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their experiences and build self-compassion.
