I am a compassionate and dynamic therapist with over 15 years of experience in progressive and innovative mental health counseling across social services, clinical, and community-based settings. I hold a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Toronto.
As a trained psilocybin therapist with TheraPsil and an experienced psychedelic user, I firmly believe in the profound potential of psychedelic-assisted therapy—particularly ketamine—to support those struggling with debilitating mental health conditions. My expertise includes working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, grief and loss, ADHD, and substance use.
My therapy approach is eclectic, integrating Existential, Emotionally Focused, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic, and Motivational Interviewing modalities. As a proud, racialized, cis-gay man deeply connected to the 2SLGBTQ+ community, I also offer queer affirming support around sexuality, gender identity/expression, non-monogamous relationships, body image, and sexual health. I ground my work in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and client-centered care.
I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and transformative space where clients can explore deep healing and self-discovery.
