As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered in your journey toward healing and personal growth. My work is grounded in a person-centered approach, and I draw from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals.

I am passionate about making mental health care accessible and creating an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and supported. Using a trauma-informed lens, I have specialized training in gender-based violence and crisis intervention, and I work with individuals experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, trauma, and PTSD.

I also take a holistic and culturally sensitive approach to therapy, recognizing the important role that culture, identity, faith, and life experiences play in shaping who we are. Having worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, I strive to create an inclusive space where you can bring your authentic self.

Whether you are navigating a difficult life transition, coping with emotional challenges, or seeking greater self-understanding, I am committed to walking alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care as you build resilience, discover your strengths, and move toward meaningful change.
