I am a warm, empathetic psychotherapist in Mississauga, Ontario, committed to guiding both youth and adults through their mental health journeys. Holding a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and certification as a Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying (CRPO), I blend a wide range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, and Client-Centered Therapy, tailoring my methods to best support each client’s unique needs. I work with individuals navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationship issues, and more.

My approach is rooted in resilience, building trust and fostering a collaborative environment that empowers clients to achieve positive change. With a deep commitment to personalized care, I offer a safe space for healing and growth.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy exploring nature, discovering local food gems, and engaging in creative, artsy projects. I also volunteer as a research assistant, contributing to groundbreaking work on alternative therapies for treatment-resistant clients, including innovative methods like MDMA-assisted therapy.
